To psychologists bad dreams are but waves of fears, Nigerian Christian think otherwise, so I advise you

1. Pray
This definitely will calm you if you're in for it

2. Watch a GE rated movie or short film
Believe it or not cartoon characters help relax the brain, the comic relief is real awesome

3. Light Snack
Junk or heavy food may worsen the case, a simple light snack like toasts with tea or coffee will help
