Signs That Your Body Needs Vitamin D. by Nk (f): 10:30pm on July 8

100Level, Nigeria.
Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that helps the body function properly. In most cases, they play a defensive role in the body by boosting the immune system.
So what are these signs that show your body is desperately in need of vitamin D in the first place?
Well, there are numerous signs that you need to pay attention to before the situation gets out of hand
1. Weak bones and back pain
Calcium ion and vitamin D are known for maintaining strong bones in most cases. Without vitamin D, calcium ion can't perform the role of masking the bones against fractures effectively.
If your body is suffering from vitamin D deficiency, you are more likely to have fractures. You will often feel back pain. So, do something about it, that is, see a doctor.
2. Fatigue and tiredness
This is also a sign that you should never give it a hoot. Fatigue and tiredness is an evident indication that all is not well. Apparently, you might be having other infections other than vitamin D deficiency. However, the main cause of these signs is vitamin D deficiency.
3.Weak immune system
As mentioned earlier, vitamin D plays a vital role in protecting the immune system. It helps the body to fight off infections. If you are often feeling unwell, then this could mean your immune system is infirm and this is due to lack of Vitamin D in the body.
