Simple Ways Of Caring For Your Child’s Hair
According to cosmetologists, here are some of the cheapest ways to achieve maximum results for your child’s hair:

It is necessary to wash your child’s hair twice a week.

When looking to buy a hair shampoo for your child, ensure that you look for the following ingredients: a pH of 4.5 to 5.5, contain vitamins and antioxidants, ladine deep cleansing agent and have sodium citrate as a neutralizin agent.

To get rid of dandruff, apply warm coconut or olive oil on the scalp and massage. Leave, overnight. Wash with a natural or getting shampoo containing the ingredients mentioned above, using a mix of warm water and vinegar, wash thoroughly.

Oil your child’s hair regularly with olive or coconut oil for best shine and hair protection. While you do this, massage the scalp so that the blood flows through the hair roots.

Brush the hair working it from the bottom till the top using a big teeth comb or smaller teeth depending on the hair type. This is because a child’s hair is sensitive.
Trim the hair to reduce split ends once in two months.
A healthy lifestyle has a lot of benefits especially for children who are still in their developmental stage. As such, there are certain fruits that children should ensure they consume to get healthy hair. Orange and yellow coloured vegetables. They contain vitamin A which promotes a healthy scalp. Dark green vegetables and red coloured fruits for vitamin C which prevents hair breakage.Vitamin E in green leafy vegetables and proteins in egg and fish also promote healthy hair.
Exercising helps for fitness and also aids in children’s hair growth. Always encourage exercising activities to help with healthy hair growth.
