Infinix, one of Africa’s biggest smartphone makers recently debuted a new flagship with the Infinix Zero 8. The smartphone becomes the brand’s flagship yet for the year 2020, as it comes with superior features and slick feel.

The 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage device also packs a 90Hz refresh rate and an excellent 48MP and 64MP selfie and rear cameras. Below are the detailed descriptions of the various features of the dual-SIM smartphone.

Infinix Zero 8 — Display

Gracing the device’s display is a 6.85-inch IPS screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz and 180Hz touch sampling. This excellent refresh rate ensures the quick display update of the phone, while the 180Hz touch sampling rate measures the lag time between a user’s input on a smartphone’s touch to the outputted display.

The almost bezel-less device comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 86.8%

Price and availability in Nigeria

The price of Infinix Zero 8 is about N116,000.

Infinix Zero 8 — Camera

Adorning the rear of the device is a rhombic shaped quad camera which includes a flash. One of the rear cameras, the 64MP shooter employs to use a choice Sony IMX686 Sensor. The other remaining shooters make for an ultrawide, macro and depth shots.

The front of this smartphone packs yet another excellent camera, although dual this time around. The 48MP + 8MP rear cameras with no flash inspires the creative photographer in you, leaving little room for aftermath editings.

In good cooperation with image intelligence company Vidhance for the image quality output and a provision of an embedded high-precision gyro stabilizer as well as the Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) system Version 3.0, both of Infinix Zero 8’s front and the rear cameras support features such as video stabilization, Bokeh Effect, Eye Tracking and Super Slow-mo.

With these attributes, various issues like shaky and out-of-focus videos during shootings are exiled. In addition, good photographing under different conditions are attainable with the cameras, endearing it to photographers and vloggers.
