You guys need to stop comparing yourself with Registered Nurses. I know you don't know any better and I'm not even blaming for the path you've chosen but you see that profession you've chosen for yourself 'Auxilliary nurse'' guide that with all jealousness. Besides ehonyou are is in that name. An help to a registered nurse.

Maintain that name, there is no reason to compare yourself with an RN.

I know you guys are good at making a diagnosis and confirming a diagnosis just by looking at your patient. I know you are good at writing a prescription. I know you are good at home services like setting an IVs at home and administering IV antibiotics. Its ok. I'm not bothered about all of that.

You see, those shit up there are not nursing. Attach that to your auxiliary profession

An RN will not do that because they have a license to protect.

You guys are not threats to RNs so Just maintain that lane. There is no basis for comparison.

You can describe yourself as the best auxiliary nurse a doctor as ever trained but remember those doctors trained you to meet their needs and not the need of the society.

I repeat, don't compare yourself with registered Nurses, its an insult pls.
