Actions continue in top five European Leagues this weekend with some top notch matches to entertain football fans.

Barely two weekends ago, the Spanish League saw the gladiators clash at the Camp Nou, with the hosts cruising to convincing victory over their arch rival in that meeting.

This weekend, it is time for clash of the titans in Germany and England as two teams each in either countries set to light up center stage for their supporters.

Below are six top class football fixtures fans should not miss this weekend across top five European Leagues.
1. Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich - German League table toppers Dortmund welcome defending champions to the Westfalenstadion on Saturday, November 10.

Coach Lucien Favre's men have been on fire since the start of the Bundesliga season - winning seven and drawing of their last ten games, meaning they are yet to taste defeat in the league.

They will hope to maintain that status when they battle struggling Bayern in front of their supporters.

The Bavarians on the other side are not doing too badly, having won six and lost two of their last ten and they sit in third position with 20 points - four behind current league leaders.

2. Man City vs Man United - This is arguably the biggest derby in the history of the Premier League and the two teams are poised to entertain their fans this weekend.

The Citizens have been more than decent in their EPL title defence so far as they sit atop of the table with 29 points from 11 matches.

They are yet to lose any game in their campaign to reclaim the title they won last season having drawn just two of their last meetings.

Jose Mourinho's men will be counting on his players to replicate their performance against Juventus in their Champions League meeting during the week once again.

The Red Devils came from one goal down to shock the Old Lady at the Allianz Stadium and boost their chances of reaching the knock out stage of the competition.

This weekend's meeting will make it 177th time both times have met with the Red Devils winning, while 51 of those meetings had ended in draws. The game kicks off 5:30 pm Nigerian time.

3. Milan vs Juventus - Gennaro Gattuso is gradually returning his side back to top position on the Serie A table. They are currently fourth on the table with 21 points from 11 games - having won six and lost two of their past fixtures so far.

The San Siro side will face a tough task this weekend when they host Juventus, who recently suffered their first defeat of the season in all competitions.

Definitely, this match will be highly entertaining as the hosts are known for their defensive style, while the Old Lady will be hoping their attack can lead them to victory at the end of the game.

The match will kick off by 8:30pm Nigerian time on Sunday.

4. Monaco vs PSG - Thierry Henry is still looking for his first win as the manager of his French League side.

His side suffered a 4-0 defeat to Belgian side Club Brugge in their Champions League encounter earlier this week.

However, a chance for the recently hired manager this weekend is unlikely as they host the defending champions , who have won all 12 league games so far with 41 goals credited to them.

It is believed that this will be another sour outing for the former Arsenal striker, and their game is expected to start by 9:00pm.

5. Celta de Vigo - Real Madrid - Los Blancos have been on a different trajectory since the departure of Julen Lopetegui last month.

They have won their last three matches in all competitions under Santiago Solari and they stretch their winning run to four games this weekend.

The Galacticos currently ranked sixth on the table and they will be against 11th place Celta with the hope of returning to the top when they battle on Sunday evening starting by 9:00pm.

6. Barcelona - Real Betis - Currently topping the table with 24 points from 11 games, the Catalans will be aiming for outright win in this meeting.

They almost grabbed maximum points against Inter Milan in their Champions League clash but for Mauro Icadi's late minute equaliser.

Betis have won just three of their last 11 league games - hence a chance for them to cause an upset in this one is low.

Their game kicks off by 4:15 pm on Sunday, November 11 at the Camp Nou.
